12 months into the commercial launch Gulp!, the transportation vase for flowers, is proving a big hit across UK and Europe providing florists and pack houses with the assurance that their products are delivered without any spillages and the customer gets a perfect package every time.
Gulp! is so easy to use; effortless to fill, labour-saving due to there being no tying or taping required and stackable and easy to store. In tests Gulp! proved to be six times faster than the current market leading product.
The concept was created by Gulp Containers, a company established by a family business with over 25 years’ flower industry experience. Coda Plastics, a specialist plastics firm based in Cromer, developed and manufactured the product.
Gulp! carries up to 300ml of water, enough to feed 25 stems of flowers for three days, and can be turned on its side or even upside down without spillage. Made from a two-part polypropylene vase base with a secure click-in lid it is available as standard in natural opaque or a selection of colours and can be branded with logos.
